About this experience
The white-tailed eagle is Britain’s largest bird of prey, with a wingspan well over two metres. It was reintroduced to Scotland from 1975 and now nests on Mull and Skyeverify.
From a small boat you see them as they should be seen: low over the water, coming down to a fish.
A private boat with a skipper who knows the local pairs, out of a sea loch on Mull, Loch Sunart, or the harbour at Portree on Skye. Otters on the weed line on the way back, then dinner at the pier.
